Under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), MyPanditji is required to publish the contact details and grievance-redressal procedure for our Grievance Officer. This page meets that requirement.

2. Grievance Officer

3. What to include in your grievance

In plain English:Tell us who you are, what happened, what you want, and any evidence.

To help us respond quickly, please include: • Your full name and the email address you use to sign in. • A clear description of the issue or grievance. • The dates and times the issue occurred, where known. • Any relevant screenshots, message IDs, or transaction references. • What outcome you are seeking.

The Grievance Officer handles complaints relating to: • The processing of your personal data by MyPanditji. • Requests to access, correct, port, or erase your personal data. • Withdrawal of consent. • Breach of the Privacy Policy or applicable data-protection law. • Concerns about the conduct of any data fiduciary or data processor acting on our behalf.

5. Escalation to the Data Protection Board

In plain English:If our response doesn’t resolve your grievance, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we do not respond within the timelines required by law, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India established under the DPDP Act, 2023, in accordance with that Act and any rules made under it. For European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom users, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
