The 7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the start of any paid MyPanditji subscription. No forms, no haggling.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@mypanditji.io from the address on your account.
  2. Mention “Refund” in the subject line.
  3. Include your transaction ID from the Stripe email receipt if you have it — otherwise we’ll find it from your email.

What’s not refundable

  • Single chart PDF exports once you’ve downloaded the file — the content has been delivered.
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day window has passed.
  • In-app purchases on iOS or Android, which are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund policies respectively. Contact them for those.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
